PART 2 – OVERVIEW OF THE STEPS WE’LL TAKE TOGETHER
step by step
And of course, if you have any questions, contact us!
With 90 days left until your wedding, we’ll begin the process of going deeper by sending you an email with the link to the first questionnaire.
When you finish the first questionnaire, the second will automatically be available, and so will the step meant for the groomsmen and the bridesmaids. The entire process is divided into two steps and lasts 50 days (but if you prefer it can also be resolved in a few hours. The reason we chose to guive you all that time is so you can reflect and think of your answers at your own pace).
This process is not supposed to have that “one-more-obligation” vibe, so we recommend that you go through it in a light heart mood: open a bottle of wine, listen to that nice playlist and answer the questions together – focus on the beautiful journey that brought you two here. After all, what are the true reasons why you are getting married? This step is an invitation to look back on your story with love and tenderness.
DEADLINE FOR THE QUESTIONNAIRES!
We hope that throughout these 50 days you were able to remember lovely stories and, most of all, the special reason that brought you two here, organizing this beautiful ceremony!
Now we are going to read all your answers in order to create your Ceremony Plan : )
The Ceremony Plan is a detailed roadmap of what we plan for your wedding, and we will send it to you by email within 30 days left to the big day.
This is also the perfect time to schedule our final meeting – set about one hour aside in your calendar so that we can meet (personally or online).
PS: Have you read our tips on how to write your wedding vows? It’s paramount to try and follow our deadline so there won’t be any unnecessary drama like spending the night before your wedding trying to write your vows (it happens more often than you think!).
As soon as you receive your Ceremony Plan, it’s time for us to talk! For our final meeting we can chat online or meet in person.
It’s only after this that we will go through the final arrangements with your wedding planner, and if necessary, the other suppliers involved in the ceremony, like musicians and photographers.
Imagine your wedding day: Tons of preparations, guests arriving, time to leave for the ceremony and… “oh, where are my vows?”
To prevent you and the best man (in case he’ll be speaking at the ceremony) from worrying about it, we ask you to send us your vows and speeches (if any) by email so that we can print them on reeeaaally pretty stationary!
5 days prior to the wedding, ok? That’s how we avoid bumps in the road!
It’s time to dive deep, body and soul, into your wedding day mood.
We will arrive 30 minutes earlier than the time on the invitation, and we’ll be bringing your vows, best man’s speech and also tissues and the rice toss/bubbles in the agreed amount.
It’s gonna be beautiful
